You must be at least 13 years old. By using this service, you confirm you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

2. Free & Premium Accounts

• Free accounts: 10 AI conversations per day. No credit card required.
• Premium accounts: $10/month, auto‑renews. Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support.
• Refunds: No refunds for partial months. You may request a refund within 7 days of first payment if unused – contact support.

3. AI Disclaimer – Important

Islamic Chat provides educational Islamic information, not personal fatwas. For religious rulings specific to your situation, always consult a qualified Islamic scholar. We are not liable for any actions taken based on AI responses.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Islamic Chat to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Generate spam, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service (e.g., exceeding fair use, using bots).

6. Limitation of Liability

Islamic Chat is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that AI answers are always accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
