💰 Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions of Islamic Chat Premium.
Premium Subscription
Islamic Chat Premium costs $10/month and auto‑renews every 30 days. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@islamicchat.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle – you will not be charged again.
Refund Eligibility
- First‑time subscribers: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have used fewer than 10 premium AI conversations. Contact support with your email and reason.
- Subsequent months: No refunds for partial months. If you cancel after a renewal, you will retain access until the end of that paid period.
- Technical issues: If the service is completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro‑rated refund for the downtime.
- Duplicate payments: If you are accidentally charged twice, we will refund the extra charge immediately upon verification.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@islamicchat.online with the subject line "Refund Request". Include:
- The email address used for your Islamic Chat account
- The date of the payment
- The reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
You will receive a response within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days.
Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time:
- Inside the app: Go to Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel
- Or email support@islamicchat.online with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line
You will receive a confirmation email once cancelled. No further charges will occur.
